Single Central Render Manager Supporting Multiple Account Submissions

Single Central Render Manager that supports Render Submissions from multiple accounts. Maybe a Teams version where external or team users are invited to submit renders to a central account. Credits are managed by Central Account administrator. Invitations would in include project permissions for restricted user access as needed.
