Add ability to duplicate and/or relocate a Highlight to a different view

Currently if I spend ten minutes creating a thoughtful highlight in a view, and for some reason I want to duplicate that onto a second view, or simply move it to a different view, I have to delete the highlight and create it again from scratch in the new view. This is tedious and time consuming. This feature would also make it easier to carry over formatting from one highlight to another (rather than having to manually adjust the color, size, icon, etc. every single time).
