Retain Default Hotspot Icon

As a user I want to have the hotspot icon and style to default to the last used one for this tour, so that I can create tours faster.

AC:

1. User Submits tour images

2. User Edits Tour

3. User chains two images together

4. User selects a hotspot icon + style

5. User applies the selection.

6. User chains next tour

7. The icon settings are saved from the last used one (e.g. Double Arrow, Yellow, 70% size, transparent, e.t.c)
