Admin Portal For Organization Asset Management

I manage all of the licensing for chaos and enscape and it would be incredibly helpful to have an admin portal where I can see all of the tours that anybody within my organization makes. This would help solve a lot of problems when people leave and they haven't shared their tours with other team members.
