Update scenes without creating a separate file and link

My team would like to make visual updates to scenes without having to upload a separate version with a new link. As we make updates to materials, colors, and objects it would be great to have a way to update the previous scene version to track these updates quickly using the same link. Ideally this new updated version would also allow us to keep the comments from the previous version and have them carried over to the new version.
